Reach: only organisation of its kind in Ireland; works alongside 40+ Irish consultant neurologists and multidisciplinary teams nationwide Core services: home visits by 7 MND nurses; MND clinic attendance alongside consultant neurologists; financial assistance (top-up to HSE home care hours; 5 nights of end-of-life night nursing on top of Irish Hospice Foundation's 14 nights); specialist equipment loan from IMNDA warehouse; counselling support funding; advocacy with HSE Regional offices / outreach points: Dublin (HQ), plus regional outreach coverage — patient narratives cite Dundalk and Balla (Mayo) and other local coverage via the 7-nurse model Research support role: Funds and promotes MND research (co-funder of Hardiman's Trinity work via Research Motor Neurone partnership)
